
Pad Thai is one of my favorite Thai cuisine. It’s just such a perfect noodle dish that everyone loves.
Authentic Pad Thai uses tamarind paste as a base seasoning. Unfortunately, tamarind is not easily found from where I live in Japan. Recently I came across a Pad Thai recipe that uses soy sauce instead of tamarind. So I tried and…it turned out quite delicious! It’s probably not in the same league as the ones I’d tried in Thailand, but it was good in its own way.
So here I’d like to share my own version that is even simpler to cook!
